Registration   

Our 12th Annual Fishing Event will be held May 31 - June 1, 2008 at Cowan Lake State Park, near Wilmington Ohio.    Anyone who is mentally or physically challenged is invited to participate.   There is a $10.00 fee for each participant and each participant must be accompanied by an attendant or a companion.  You may fish on Saturday, Sunday, or both days if you desire.

Registration:  You may register in one of two ways:

1)  Print out the Registration Form, then sign and return the second page of the form with a check for $10.00  for each participant to FHNB (c/o Lou Haynes),  9668 Iris Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45241     (The registration form is in MS Word format and must not be modified in any way before signing, otherwise, it will be null and void).     You will also want to print out and save the Map and Directions to this years event
